What to do once you have
chosen to entrust your Wedding arrangements with us in the Greek
Islands.
1) You should have received by
Email attachment with our Greek Island Wedding Brochure our standard
Wedding Plan
Application Form. Using this form please enter the duration of
your preferred Wedding Holiday travel dates, and chosen Wedding Day
date.
2) If
you intend arranging your marriage within the forthcoming 12 months:
Contact Olympic Holidays
online at
Olympic Holidays.com, check availability for your chosen dates,
and book your parties flights and accommodation into Norma’s
Village in Kalymnos, then please confirm details of your
confirmed booking with Olympic Holidays upon the supplied Wedding
Plan form, together with full details of all of your other
Wedding Requirements.
If you are arranging your Wedding more than 12 months ahead: You
will be unable to book your
parties flights and
accommodation into Norma’s
Village in Kalymnos that far in advance, although their current
Season Brochure will provide you with approximate pricing and
schedules.
Olympic Holidays.com usually publish their new Season Brochure
in September for the following Season, and you will immediately then
be able to confirm your travel and accommodation arrangements,
either online or by telephone.
3)
Once you have completed
your Wedding Application Form
with full details of all of your other
Wedding Requirements, please return it back to us as soon
as possible as an attachment by Email.
4)
Upon receipt of Your Wedding Plan Application we will fully cost
your requirements and return to you a confirmed quotation for your
agreement. Once we receive your agreement, we will request that you
arrange to pay by Ebanking a none refundable booking deposit of
250Euro to our account in Kalymnos, details of which will be
supplied at the time, and for which a receipt will be issued.
5)
We will then immediately
confirm all of your arrangements back to you in Email, reserve your
wedding date with the island Registrar, and proceed with all of your
other Wedding arrangements.
6)
Approximately 4 months prior to your wedding we will remind and
comprehensively advise as to what you have to do in England to
secure your Wedding Licence, (A Licence of Nil Impediment) obtain
the correct translated documentation, and forward all necessary
documents to us for your wedding preparation. The documentation
is absolutely necessary, extremely simple and we will advise you
throughout.
7)
Payment
of Accounts.
A none-returnable Booking Fee of E250 as confirmation of your
Wedding Booking with us. 60% of the Balance of your Account to be
paid 8 weeks prior to your wedding date. The balance of your Account
to be paid prior to your departure.
8)
Upon your arrival in the
island your party will be collected from the port, taken to their
destination and shown to their accommodation. From this point onward
you will have a personal wedding advisor throughout your stay,
advising, translating and assisting you throughout: not only
assisting with all of your wedding arrangements, but also advising
upon all of your holiday and Honeymoon options!

Party travelling from the UK., we can, and do, arrange Wedding
Celebrations in the Greek Islands for Bridal parties from around the
